Professor Helen O'Connell sees her private patients at her new suite at Epworth Freemasons, East Melbourne. These provide a large, bright, consulting room and a purpose built procedure room for minor medical procedures.
Surgery and other more invasive procedures are arranged at Epworth Freemasons Hospital.
There is a multi-storey car park located under the consulting rooms.
There are over 900 spaces including accessible parking at standard rates. The entrance to the car park is via Grey St, via Gotch Lane, just east of the 124 Grey St building.
There is 15 minute parking in Clarendon Street and metered parking in the surrounding streets. Strict time restrictions apply. Accessible parking is also available on Grey Street.
Public transport via tram route 12 & 109, stop 15 (Smith Street) & 16 (Wellington Street) is on Victoria Parade. Trams 48 & 75 also run along Wellington Parade (stop 11) Jolimont/MCG Train station is also at this location.
Prof. O'Connell is pleased to see patients with urological conditions that provide a Current Referral from a General Practitioner or Specialist. These referrals are valid for 12 months or 3 months respectively.
When arranging the appointment with Prof. O'Connell at our private consulting rooms, our Practice Manager will provide you with all the relevant information, so that you are fully prepared.

The Fees charged by this practice for private patients are in accordance with the Australian Medical Association (AMA) guidelines for services, therefore ‘Out of Pocket Costs’ will be incurred.
